I am ag because I come from an ag and small-town background and now work to assist landowners solve their land real estate, appraisal, auction, investment, and 1031 Exchange goals and expectations. I earned the Accredited Land Consultant designation through REALTORS Land Institute in order to better assist our clients. To that end, I served as MN Chapter RLI president and National RLI president. Advocacy is a main tenet of the organization’s mission:

The Institute has a strong voice in Washington to ensure that elected officials are well educated about the implications of legislation on land professionals, property rights, and the economy as a whole. I have been involved with education of legislators regarding the use and importance of 1031 Exchanges; and the Institute has been a voice in the use of drones for “commercial use” — such as agriculture, working on WOTUS (Waters of the US), Clean Power Act and other legislation affecting land and property rights. Participation with local Chambers of Commerce and other organizations also support the ag and businesses affiliated with agriculture.

Upper Midwest Management’s mission is to actively engage our clients to identify their individual goals and objectives: once identified, to assist in reaching or exceeding those goals and objectives. We are your professionals in ag and commercial real estate, farm and commercial management, appraisal, auction, consulting, investment and 1031 exchange in the Upper Midwest since 1974.

For myself, of 25,000+ REALTORS in Minnesota, I am one of only 13 to have earned the ALC designation in order to better assist you with your land needs. Please feel free to view my LinkedIn profile for additional information on education, professional affiliations and involvements.

Concern for my clients’ needs through ethical and professional service are my objectives.
