Learn all about how to help meet your workforce needs with the Minnesota Dual-Training Pipeline program at our Pipeline 101 event. Attendees will learn the basics of earn-and-learn training that combines on-the-job training with formal education in in-demand careers in agriculture, advanced manufacturing, health care services and information technology. Attendees will also learn about the dual training grant which can help employers pay for the cost of employee education.
