NEW INITIATIVE FOR HR PROFESSIONALS AND SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS
GreenSeam and Greater Mankato Growth are proud to partner in launching a new initiative designed specifically for human resource professionals and small business owners across Greater Mankato, the GreenSeam region, and surrounding communities. As a SHRM-recognized recertification provider, GreenSeam, together with Greater Mankato Growth, is committed to supporting the ongoing professional development of HR leaders through meaningful programming and networking opportunities for anyone connected to the HR field, including business owners and operators.
This new program offers a series of curated events and networking opportunities tailored to the evolving needs of HR professionals and small business owners. From expert-led sessions on industry trends and workplace best practices to peer-to-peer discussions and community engagement, participants will gain actionable insights and build a strong regional network of peers. Whether you’re an experienced professional or new to the field, this initiative will provide the tools, knowledge, and relationships needed to navigate today’s dynamic workplace environment and drive success within your organization.
$175/year per person: GreenSeam investors and Greater Mankato Growth Members
$275/year per person: non-investors/non-members
SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE
Greater Mankato Growth & GreenSeam are happy to provide scholarships to businesses to support their participation in the HR Connect Program. Business may receive multiple scholarships to support the participation of multiple staff members. A scholarship offsets the cost of participation in the HR program by 50%.
To be considered for a HR Connect scholarship, each business must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Have fewer than 50 employees.
- Have less than $5 million in revenue.
- Located outside of the Mankato Metropolitan Statistical Area (Blue Earth & Nicollet County)
