GreenSeam’s Rural Forum Dec. 5 in Mankato

MANKATO — Technology and supply chain issues in agriculture will be the focus of GreenSeam’s Rural Forum, which will run 4-8:30 p.m. Dec. 5 at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center in Mankato.

The keynote speaker will be Teddy Bekele, chief technology officer at Land O’ Lakes. Bekele will share insights into the cutting-edge advancements shaping agriculture’s future and the role of technology in the industry.

Olivia McCarthy, senior manager at Eide Bailly, will delve into upcoming changes in tax policy and their implications for businesses. She will cover the potential impacts of expiring provisions in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and explore how recent election outcomes could shape federal and state tax policies.

There will also be a panel of public officials.
