Established in 1997, the Regional Center for Entrepreneurial Facilitation (RCEF), formerly known as Riverbend Center for Entrepreneurial Facilitation is a 501 C-3, non-profit entrepreneur and business development organization. Over the years we’ve helped more than a thousand small business owners achieve their goals.
