Dirt Merchant, Inc. (DMI) was founded in 2003 by Bryan Bode, Kevin Depuydt, and Joe Holtmeier. The initial focus was to get into commercial site development and we’ve expanded into other areas since then. DMI has become one of the leading commercial site development companies in the greater Mankato area.
